This notice covers this website’s demo and enquiry forms. It does not describe the separate ConnectTogether app or clinical records.
What you share
When you request a demo or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, center name, request type and consent. You may also provide a phone number, specialty and message. Please do not submit patient names, diagnoses or medical records.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your request, discuss the product and arrange a demo if requested. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or create an app account.
Storage and email
Requests are stored on our website server and sent to our team’s configured business inbox. Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to provide those services. Email delivery may be retried if a delivery attempt fails.
Retention
Website request records are retained for up to 90 days by default. Related email correspondence may remain in our business mailbox for follow-up. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of the details you submitted.
Technical information
The website uses a keyed hash of your network address for short-lived abuse prevention. Rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes and are removed during periodic cleanup. Hosting infrastructure may retain operational access logs. This site does not include advertising pixels, analytics trackers or non-essential cookies.
